D.G.C. is under no obligation to fulfil an order for a product that was advertised at an erroneous price or description. Ownership of goods does not pass into the hands of the Customer until D.G.C. has received full payment. D.G.C. will debit the Customer’s account upon purchase of the items you require.

Please note that we use only signed for shipping which will see an increase in standard postage costs.
In the unlikely event that an order has been signed for by anyone other than the customer, it is the customers responsibility to contact their local Post Office to enquire which address it has been left at by the delivery personnel. All parcels sent out by D.G.C. are sent via Signed for delivery and can be tracked using a unique tracking number that D.G.C. can provide on request.
Royal Mail will leave most deliveries with a neighbour unless you’ve told them not to. If your item was lost after being left with a neighbour, it’s not D.G.C. or Royal Mail’s responsibility. Refunds will not be issued without a full investigation on any parcel that has been signed for, all relevant signatures are visable upon Royal Mail’s track and trace service.
