Product prices on this website are exclusive of delivery and shipping charges, with the exception of the Total Price listed under the Customer’s Shopping Cart, which is inclusive of these charges.

Shipping rates are calculated by size and weight of the item(s) being shipped. D.G.C.
will endeavor to deliver products to the Customer as soon as possible, in accordance with the
Delivery Policy as detailed on this website.

Shipping rates are calculated by size and weight of the item(s) being shipped. D.G.C. will endeavour to deliver product to the Customer as soon as possible, in accordance with the Delivery Policy as detailed on this website. All deliveries will be made to the address that the Customer gives for delivery of the product. D.G.C. reserves the right to refuse to deliver to an address that may not be secure.
This address could be (but is not limited to) a communal postal address, a BFPO or a PO Box. In this event, D.G.C. will inform the Customer as soon as possible. D.G.C. will not be liable to the Customer in the event that D.G.C. is prevented by circumstance from delivering product that the Customer has ordered.

At this time D.G.C. does NOT ship over seas through the website due to the cost of shipping. If an international customer would like an item, then an email would need to be sent to sales@deadgoodcomics.co.uk stating the destination and product required. D.G.C. will then review the item and return a shipping cost to the customer, if happy with the full amount we will issue you with an invoice for the full amount and the item dispatched upon cleared funds. Please note that we use only signed for shipping which will see an increase in standard postage costs.

In the unlikely event that an order has been signed for by anyone other than the customer, it is the customers responsibility to contact their local Post Office to enquire which address it has been left at by the delivery personnel. All parcels sent out by D.G.C. are sent via Signed for delivery and can be tracked using a unique tracking number that D.G.C. can provide on request.

Royal Mail will leave most deliveries with a neighbour unless you’ve told them not to. If your item was lost after being left with a neighbour, it’s not D.G.C. or Royal Mail’s responsibility.  Refunds will not be issued without a full investigation on any parcel that has been signed for, all relevant signatures are visable upon Royal Mail’s track and trace service. This includes a full history of the product’s postal journey and follow up with Royal Mail to attempt to locate the parcel.
